Popurrí de Viajes: Estoy conociendo cada volcán que hay en México y en esta ocasión me toca subir al tercero más alto del país que es el Iztaccíhuatl, subí por Paso de Cortés en el Estado de México hacia La Joya ahí iniciamos el ascenso hasta llegar a los 5213 metros sobre el nivel del mar.

    As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's indeed the ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years more and weigh an average of 19 kilos less than us.

    (And actually, it has NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and EVERYTHING around "how" they eat.)
